Deactivated Old Spec WWII Sten MK2 submachine gun, chambered in 9mm. A very nice example with lots of broad arrow acceptance stamps and its original wartime finish. Whilst the Germans were producing high quality, some say, even over engineered weapons, the British kept it simple with no frills. Easier and quick to manufacture the Sten proved its worth during WWII and towards the end of the war even the Germans attempted to make and field its own version the MP3008. Deactivated sympathetically in 1995 to old specifications with a magazine port that can be swiveled and removable barrel heat shield. It has a working action, It can be cocked, stripped and dry fired. Comes with wartime canvas sling and inert 9mm rounds.
