A stunning and very rare Deactivated Old Spec Sten MKV(5) with matching numbers and broad arrow acceptance stamps. These weapons were used by airborne troops at Arnham and were fitted with a wooden stock and pistol grip, and fore grip. They also had the sling hoop on the top of the stock, this would indicate use by Airbourne troops or Commando's. This is a museum worthy example of the best looking Sten ever made. Deactivated very sympathetically in 1989 to old specifications with a working action it can be cocked and dry fired. The magazine housing can be swivelled and the forward pistol grip can be removed. Comes with original issued sling and pig sticker bayonet & scabbard.
