Product Information

Deactivated Rare WWII Inglis Browning MKI* Hipower. The serial number dates to around November 1944 and is from only the third batch produced during second world war production with around 93,500 or so manufactured in total. With British military broad arrow acceptance stamp, this confirms that this pistol was issued to UK military personnel. During WWII they were issued to British airborne forces, covert operations and commando groups such as the Special Operations Executive (SOE). Post WWII the Hipower continued as the mainstream British sidearm with UK Special forces units. One of the rarest British WWII pistols. This pistol still has its original black painted phosphate finish, grips, lanyard hoop and is matching numbers. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped an dry fired.
