A British made hammer, side by side, double barrel shotgun, chambered in 12 bore. Just visible is the second part of the makers or retailer name "Richards". This would have been an expensive hand crafted gun made to required of the owner. It features Damascus barrels and hand engraved lock and action. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
