Deactivated pre WWII Russian Izhevsk  M91 Dragoon Rifle, with early "hex" receiver dated 1927.  Simple and clever design, made it easy for the Russian's to produce this reliable and accurate rifles. Early examples being some of the first to see action during WWII. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
