Deactivated Old Spec WWII Lee Enfield No4 MKI*, dated 1944 and chambered in British .303. These Canadian manufactured examples were produced during WWII for British and Common Wealth troops. It is worth noting that this rifle would have been shipped over from Canadian on merchant ships during the height of German U-Boat attacks. Many ships laden with vital arms and supplies were often sunk during the crossing to Britain. Comes with canvas sling and correct Long Branch made bayonet & scabbard. Deactivated to old specifications in 1992 it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
