A very rare 1915 dated military marked Webley MKV (5) .455 with long barrel. Webley produced this variant as part of a small and special contract usually for commercial sales, however as the war deepened all available serviceable weapons were often commandeered / procured by the British Government. Very few MKV's with a 6 inch barrel were made and are seldom encountered. The revolver has British military acceptance stamps and is broad arrow marked.
