Deactivated Russian M91 Infantry Rifle

This is a Russian made M/91 rifle what was most likely produced during the Second World War. It was made at the Izhevsk arsenal. The date stamp looks to have been removed from the receiver and with the what look to be Chinese markings added to the left side. After the end of World War II, the Chinese Civil War resumed between the Chinese Nationalists, and the Chinese Communist Party. Russia supplied many arms to China during this period. Deactivated to current specifications.
