Deactivated WWI Enfield SMLE 1915 Dated with magazine cut-off plate . The markings on the brass plate would indicate that this rifle has seen action in both of the great wars . O.T.C. ( Officers Training Corps.) and L.C.S. ( Landing Craft Support ) . Land craft support were used during WWII by Allied forces  . The most famous being the D-Day landings in occupied France in June 1944 . A real peice of British history . Deactivated with a working action , can be cocked , stripped and dry fired .
