This is a WWI era Browning "Baby" M1906 pocket pistol in superb original condition with matching numbers. By the beginning of World War I (1914), FN has made some 550, 000 M1906 pistols. This example dates to 1913 early 1914. The popularity of the FN Browning M 1906 pistol was huge. They were purchased by the military and police as a second pistol for concealed carrying and became a symbol of a compact and reliability and proved very popular in the civilian market .
