Product Information

A First World War era BSA SMLE MKIII with magazine cut-off. Although not dated the serial number has no letter prefix and the rifle was made from wartime parts. The magazine cut-off was phased out from 1915 with the introduction of the MKIII* SMLE. The name and number on the brass disc G ZARCO 60 may suggest that it was used by a member of the Home Guard during WWII. The rifle has matching numbers to receiver, barrel, rear sight, nose cap and woodwork. The bolt although not matched is just 16 higher than the rifles number. Deactivated with a working action.
