Deactivated Early WWI SMLE MKIII Dated 1915. Manufactured by London Small Arms (LSA). LSA, unlike Enfield and BSA,  were never able to match the output numbers of their rivals. There rifles are far less common and therefor much rarer, due to limited wartime production. It is reasonable to assume that this one also saw action in WW2. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired. A very desirable and collectable rifle.
