Product Information

Deactivated WWII Bren Gun MKII. Dated 1942. Manufactured by Monotype Corporation, first set up in 1942 using sub contractors to help boost production during WW2. The serial number is from the second of only eight batches manufactured during wartime production. The letter "D" on the body denotes that it was made by Daimler. The MKII was fitted with none adjustable bipod legs, fixed cocking handle, simple leaf rear sight and simplified barrel to speed up production during WWII. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired. A rare opportunity to own a real piece of British WWII history. Not to be missed.
