Product Information

A Second World War British made Lee Enfield No4 MK1 .303 rifle. Dated 1943 with broad arrow acceptance stamp. The distinctive letter M by the date denotes manufacture by ROF Maltby. The British MK1 receivers design has the bolt head release button/catch. The MK1* has a slot in the bolt head guide rail. 1943 saw a huge demand for weapons within the British army, with all available rifles put into service with both British and Common Wealth forces. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
