Deactivated WWII D-Day Era British 2 Inch Mortar with case and inert round

This is a WWII "D-Day" era British 2 inch mortar MK8* with an original wooden transit chest and wartime dated inert round. The mortar is dated 1944 with British manufactures markings. The 2 inch mortar was used by British and Common Wealth forces during WWII, and was also air dropped into Nazi occupied Europe for use by the SOE, SAS, partisan and resistance groups.

This item is unaffected by the new EU deactivation specifications.
