Product Information

This is WWII era Yugoslav M24/47 rifle. Developed after the German Gewehr 98 of WWI, this short carbine has FN technology in its history. The M24/47 is a variation of the venerable German Mauser K98k that was produced by reworking existing prewar Model 24 Mauser's and then refurbished with newer Belgian parts during World War II. This example has a very interesting past. It was seized by British forces and brought back as a war trophy. It was later used by the MOD as a training rifling. The remnants of the white painted band on the stock were to identify it was a non firing weapon whilst in use. Deactivated with moving parts it comes with an EU/UK certificate of deactivation.
