Great condition WWII Russian 7.62 mm Ruchnoy Pulemyot DP28 (Degtyaryova pakhotnyi). Dated 1944. This was the first originally developed Soviet machine gun which appeared in 1926. The prefix 'DP' indicates a 'Degtyarev' machine gun for infantry use. Used by the Red army throughout the second World War. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
