Product Information

This is a great condition all matching numbers Russian Officers M1895 Nagant revolver. Dated 1931 it was manufactured by Tula. Estimated production numbers for 1931 is relatively low with around only 30,000 made. They were used by the Red Army during both World Wars, and are a seven shot revolver with a unique gas-seal. When cocked the cylinder moves forward, the gap between the cylinder and the barrel closes. This provides a boost to the muzzle velocity allowing the weapon to be suppressed and increase muzzle velocity. A very clever and advanced design for the time. They were also used by infamous KGB, who adapted them and used them fitted with a silencer.
