Deactivated WWII Russian Mosin Nagant M91/30 Infantry Rifle. Dated 1938, manufactured at the Izhevsk factory. These early war dated examples are far less common. This rifle may well have been involved in the "Winter War" of 1939 to 1940 with Finland. The M91 was a very accurate and reliable service rifle and was ideally suited during harsh winter conditions in Russia and Finland. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
