Product Information

This is a great example of a WWII Russian Tokarev SVT-40. Dated 1942 with matching numbers it was manufactured at the Tula arsenal. This model was first introduced in 1940 and was Russia's version of the American M1 Garand. During Operation Barbarossa the Germans captured large quantities of these rifles and reissued them to there own troops to use against the Russians. They even had their own operating manuals and re-designated the SVT as the SIG259r.

This example features a moving trigger and bolt carrier assembly that will return under spring tension.

This SVT is available and is currently at the proof house being certificated.
