Deactivated Smith & Wesson .38 Victory Revolver. Produced between 1940 to 1945 this example is marked "US Property GHD" (Guy H. Drewry), and can just be seen on the top strap. This is the ordnance acceptance markings as used by the US army when ordering. It is also stamped "R.H. 252". Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired. A really nice piece of allied history.
