Product Information

Deactivated WWII Sten MK2. A very nice example, broad arrow stamped with British subcontractors makers codes on various parts, and with much of its original factory finish. This example looks to be an early one with no letter prefix and a low serial number. It also fairly well made unlike latter production examples which were not. Whilst the Germans were producing high quality, some say, even over engineered weapons. The British kept it simple with no frills. Easier and quick to manufacture the Sten proved its worth during WWII, so much so that in the latter stages of WWII the Germans eventually made their own version. Deactivated with moving cocking handle and trigger it can be partially stripped. The rear bolt section can be pulled back and put in the safe position or travel forward under string tension. Comes fitted with correct sling and inert 9mm rounds.
