Deactivated WWII US Remington 1903 Rifle

This is a superb example of a WWII US made Springfield Mode 1903 rifle. It is one of the best examples we have seen. The pictures do not do it justice. The M1903 features flip-up rear sights and humped top piece of woodwork. This example is dated August 1942 (8'42) and is one of only 31,127 made that month by Remington. The stock bears the correct WWII carcouches and inspectors marks and is in amazing condition. The blueing/parkerizing to all the metal work is still crisp and unblemished.
