A superb WWII Vickers MKI machine gun. The serial number dates to 1941/42 and is one of less than 10,000 ever produced. It is profusely broad arrow marked. The tripod is matched upper and lower sections and is dated 1942.It comes with an original wartime dated 250 round canvas belt with inert .303 rounds. A very impressive centre piece and one of the most iconic British military firearms.
