Deactivated WWII Webley .38 MK4 military issued revolver. Broad marked and "War Finish" stamped on the frame. These revolvers were only marked and finished this way during the second world war. The emphasis was on numbers rather than overall finish. The particular revolver is a good example of that process. Although all parts are matched and bear the same serial number the barrel has been through the final polishing process but the cylinders and frame have not. Deactivated with a clear barrel and working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
