Deactivated WWII Webley & Scott MkIV .38 Revolver. British broad arrow acceptance stamps and marked War Finish. During WWII Webley did not bother plating these revolvers. This helped speed-up production and keep down costs. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
