Just Arrived, Deactivated Smith & Wesson .32 Hammerless Revolver

This is a US made Smith & Wesson .32 five shot revolver. Originally designed around 1880, it was intended for use at close quarters. An internal hammer and grip safety help avoid accidental firing or snagging when concealed. It shares many design features with the legendary Smith & Wesson .44 Russian top-break action revolver. Of interest this example has early British proof stamps and would have been imported during the early 1900s.
