Product Information

This is a great condition all matching numbers Russian Officers M1895 Nagant revolver. Dated 1926 it was manufactured by Tula. That year it is estimated around 30,900 were produced. They were used by the Red Army during both World Wars, and are a seven shot revolver with a unique gas-seal. When cocked the cylinder moves forward, the gap between the cylinder and the barrel closes. This provides a boost to the muzzle velocity allowing the weapon to be suppressed and increase muzzle velocity. A very clever and advanced design for the time. They were also used by infamous KGB, who adapted them and used them fitted with a silencer. Deactivated to current specifications with clear chambers. The inert rounds are not included.

This item is currently at the proof house being certificated.
