Product Information

This is a beautiful condition Second World War "Lend Lease" Lee Enfield No4 MKI* rifle, dated 1942. It was manufactured by US firm Savage Stevens under the lend lease agreement to help arm Allied & Common Wealth forces during the war. It is correctly marked with "US Property" and has the US ordnance Flaming Bomb acceptance stamp. Many of these rifles failed to make it to Europe due to the heavy loses inflicted on merchant shipping by German U-boats. Thankfully this example made it. Deactivated to current specifications it comes fitted with an original canvas sling.

This item is available for purchase and is currently at the proof house being certificated.
