This rare and unusual fencing musket was used to train soldiers in hand to hand combat during world war one. The maker is C.G.Bonehill Rifle Maker, Birmingham, and is dated 1916 with a broad arrow acceptance stamp. It is design to be similar in size and weight to the SMLE.
