Product Information

This is an early Second World War Nazi K98. This example was manufactured in 1938 by JP Sauer und Sohn using secret Nazi makers code S/147. Production figures for Sauer in 1938 were still relatively low with and estimated 180,000 rifles completed that year. Early examples like this one were among the first to see action. The stock markings are those of a unit that it was assigned to. The letter H between the bolt take down washer and number 3 denotes that it was issued to the German army. Deactivated with moving parts it comes with an EU/UK certificate of deactivation.
