Deactivated FN Mauser Model 1924/30 Rifle. The model 1924/30 Mausers were made by Fabrique Nationale (FN) at Herstal, Belgium. Produced between 1930 and 1934 for the Chinese contract during the Chiang Kai Shek period. The Chinese characters on the breech which translated means (region/ country/ China) Army. Production of this rifle continued through WWII, after Germany invaded and took over the factory. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
