A First World War dated PO8 Luger. Dated 1915 on the receiver, the toggle is marked with the Erfurt name and crest with all visible numbers matched. Marked on the pistol grip with what looks to be 3./MU P.8. We are unsure of the exact regiment this refers to, but its most likely that the number 3 is 3rd battalion and 8 is the weapon number. It is most probable that this pistol was issued several times during its life time in service, possibly seeing action in both world wars!  A very interesting pistol worthy of some further research. Comes fitted with correct wooden grips and wooden based magazine. Deactivated in 1994 to old specifications it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
