Product Information

This rare model 1934 Mauser 7.65mm pistol is one of only 8,000 procured by the German Army during World War Two. Only military marked 1934s carry the WaA655 coding and are in the known serial number range from 589562 to 624225. This rare pistol dates to 1941 and has matching numbers, correct Eagle over N nitro proof stamps on the barrel and slide, and rare Mauser banner magazine. These pistols were only produced for a short period from around 1934 until 1941 and with so few being military marked are seldom seen, especially in such good condition like this one. The additional markings are those of the Norwegians. During WWII Germany had some 400,000 military personnel garrisoned in Norway and one of them had this pistol, almost certainly a ranked Nazi Officer!  When Germany surrendered all captured weapons were put back into service with the Norwegian armed forces and marked accordingly. Deactivated to current specifications with moving slide and trigger. The magazine can be removed.
