Deactivated VERY RARE WWII Nazi Walther PP issued to

This is a very rare WWII Nazi Walther PP marked to R.F.V. 22385 W (Reichsfinanzverwaltung). This PP was issued to a member of the Reichs Finanz Verwaltung or Finance Ministry officials such as Customs officers or border police. This organization was also responsible for customs collections and border crossings until the end of WWII. Parts of the Finance Ministry were under SS control / supervision who would actively enforce debt collection!!  This example dates to 1942 and is correctly marked with the Eagle proof stamps on the frame, slide and barrel.  Nazi PP pistols are rare pistols but are seldom seen with RFV markings. The finish and grips are original and the magazine is the correct period with the Walther banner stamped at the bottom. Deactivated with a working action.
