An original Mauser Model 1914 pistol chambered in 6.35mm. The serial number (20170) dates to WWI production. It has the correct crown over the letter U stamp behind the rear sight on the slide, this is the final or definitive proof marking that became law on April 1893 in Germany. Matching numbers to frame, slide and barrel with original finish and wooden grips. They were used by German forces throughout both world wars. Comes with period brown soft shell leather holster. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
