Product Information

A Second World War Nazi K98 carbine. Dated 1941, this was the year that Mauser starting using the byf coding and date stamp using just two digits "41" on the receiver ring. The receiver is marked with the correct WaA655 stamps and the stock has the cupped but plate. It is virtually all matching numbers including the complete bolt assembly and wood work. The unusual collection of markings on the stock may be confirmed kills notched up by the solider it was assigned to? A great looking carbine with an interesting history it was used during the occupation of Norway, (1940 to 1945). Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
