Product Information

A Second World War Nazi Sauer 38H pistol - third variant (sub-variant). As the war progressed more weapons were required to be made faster. To meet with this demand arms manufactures would often eliminate or simplify production processes and procedures in an attempt to increase output numbers. This military issued Sauer is a good example of that. Around 30,000 of this variant were procured by the German army and within it was this sub-variant. The high gloss finish and slide legends were omitted. It also has a pair of very unusual grips fitted. The original Sauer grips were prone to cracking and chipping. These grips look to have been hand made specifically for this pistol. This pistol is correctly marked with Waffenamt code WaA37 and the Eagle over N proof stamps and is fitted with a Sauer marked magazine. Deactivated with moving parts it comes with an EU/UK certificate of deactivation.
