Product Information

An early production WWII Nazi Mauser HSc meaning Hahn Selbstspanner Pistole (Self-Cocking Hammer or Double-Action Pistol) version “c”. Correctly stamped with early Waffen code WaA655 on the left hand side of trigger guard, with Eagle over N proof stamps on the other side and at the end of slide. It has a lanyard hole at the base of the pistol grip which is only seen on these first models, and was omitted on later variants to speed up production. First produced in late 1940, serial numbers started 700001 with the first procurement by the German army starting with serial number 701348. The HSc was issued to all branches of the Nazi regime, Army, Navy, Luftwaffe and SS Police units. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
