Deactivated WWII Mauser Model 1934 pistol, chambered in 7.65mm. The serial number 575876 dates to early WWII production. The last known serial number in 1941 is 617000. Marked on the slide D.R.U.u.A.P.- Deutsches Reichspatent und Auslandspatentelt. It has the correct crown over the letter U stamp behind the rear sight on the slide, this is the final or definitive proof marking that became law on April 1893 in Germany. Matching numbers to frame, slide and barrel with correct and original wooden grips. Referred to as "Commercial" finished pistols they were diverted for the German war effort and used by German forces throughout WWII. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
