This is a great condition WWII German P38 pistol. It was made by Mauser (byf) in 1943 and is from their first full year of P38 production. The serial number suffix "h"dates it to August 1943. Mauser only managed two years of uninterrupted production of the P38 (1943 and 1944), 1942 saw a handful of pistols completed, around 700, and in April 1945 the factory was captured with only an estimated 33,000 pistol completed. This example is great condition with crisp clear markings, matching numbers and is fitted with a wartime coded magazine.
