WWII Nazi Walther PP pistol. This example is the forth variation and is from a batch of only around 66,000 procured by the military during the second world war. The serial number dates to 1942 production. A total of only 84,000 PP's carry Waffenamt code WaA359, very few when you consider production started in 1929 and ended in 1945 with hundreds on thousands being produced. This example has been refinished at some stage, often in an attempt to denazify, but still bears the original Waffen codes on slide and frame, Eagle over N proof stamps and incredible still has its matched wartime magazine and Walther grips. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
