An original WWII Nazi Browning Pistol Model 1922. Germany designated this model as 641b, This is from one of the very last batches of pistols produced before the Belgium FN factory was captured by Allied forces in 1944. It has the correct Waffenamt code WaA140 and with all matched parts and late war wooden grips. The letter suffix C was only used on the very last batch of 1922s. This pistols serial number is 31976C, with the highest recorded serial number in the 41000c range. Production started in 1940 and ended when liberated in 1944. They were issued to the Luftwaffe, German government and military as officer's and official's sidearms. Deactivated with a working action it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
