This is an early Second World War Nazi K98. This example was manufactured in 1937 by JP Sauer und Sohn using secret Nazi makers code S/147. Production figures for Sauer in 1937 were still relatively low with and estimated 178,000 rifles completed that year. Early examples like this one were among the first to see action. Still in great condition with many matching numbers it can be cocked, stripped and dry fired.
