This is a Second World War, Nazi Sauer 38H pistol. The example is military issued and is a sub-variant within the third variant produced during WWII production. Around 30,000 of this variant were procured by the German army. This pistol is correctly marked with military acceptance Waffenamt code WaA37 and the Eagle over N proof stamps. It is fitted with its original Sauer marked magazine and grips.
