Product Information

This is a battle damaged Second World War Nazi MG34 machine gun. It is maker mark "dot" - Waffenwerke Brunn and is dated 1945. The receiver has suffered a significant impact that has caused it to become distorted and in turn rendering it unusuable. Presumably this is why its missing various parts. During WWII German armorers would rebuild and repair guns using any available parts. All remaining parts are genuine and wartime. According to the book "The MG34 - MG42 German Universal Machineguns", this is the highest previously unrecorded serial number from this maker. Many late war guns were used in the defense of Berlin, being used by fanatical SS & Nazi soldiers and the Peaple Militia or "Volkstrum".

This MG34 would be an ideal centre piece or project for the WWII collector, or alternatively or the Star Wars fan. Converted MG34's were made into the "BlasTech DLT-19 heavy blaster rifle" , the standard issue heavy blaster of Imperial Stormtroopers.

This item is available for purchase and is currently at the proof house being certificate.

Deactivated to current specifications.
