This is a great condition WWII Nazi contract Femaru pistol model 37M.  Correctly marked with the Nazi code "jhv 43" and Waffen acceptance stamp WaA173. These pistols were produced for Luftwaffe who required a thump safety and calibre of 7.65mm. They are very scarce as only 30,000 of this variant were ever produced. All that were chambered for 7.65mm were used exclusively by the German military with majority issued to the Luftwaffe. This example still has all visible matching numbers, its original finish, wooden grips and is fitted with the correct wartime numbered magazine.
