Product Information

This is a superb original condition WWII German military issued Sauer 38H pistol. The “38” stands for the introduction year and the “H” denotes hammerless. This example is a subvariation found within third variant and does not have Sauer's legend/name on the slide but instead has just the calibre stamped on the left side. This variant can only be found within the serial number ranges of 410000 to 484000. The Nazi wartime Eagle over N proof stamps are found on the slide, frame and barrel and the correct SS logo on the magazine base. The Nazi military acceptance stamp Eagle over 37 is found on the left side of the trigger guard. The serial number dates to mid second world war production. This pistol has its original wartime finish, grips and magazine.
