Product Information

A superb condition WWII German airforce issued K98. One of the best examples we have seen. Manufactured by Mauser in 1940, it is virtually all matching. The bolt is not matched to the gun but is all matching parts. Both upper and lower wood work are clearly numbered inside 9712. The stock is marked with the capital letter L - Luftwaffe. This K98 would have been most likely issued to the Fallschirmjager (German Paratroopers) when invading Norway in 1940. The Luftwaffe received far fewer K98s than the military and for that reason along are far more scarce.

Chambered in .30.06 it has a mint bore! An FAC with the correct variation is required to purchase this rifle. This K98 is brand new to the UK live market. We can deactivated to order with a working action.
