Product Information

A near mint condition Czechoslovakian Lehky Kulomet VZ59 Machine Gun. Dated 1962 it was subsequently refurbished in 1978 which is a good indication that it saw service. The designers of this machine gun were also closely linked to the design of the legendary Bren gun. This can be seen in some of the design features on this model. One very unusual feature is the cocking mechasim. To cock the action the trigger assembly is pushed forwards it then engages on the bolt carrier when pulled back. Comes complete with telescopic bipod, one detachable ammunition box containing a belt with fifty 7.62mm inert rounds, and a high capacity ammuntion box with two empty 50 round linked belts. Deactivated with a working action.
